The State Administrative Tribunals are meant for dispute in regard to state service and they cannot entertain any matter which is entertainable by the Central Administrative Tribunal . राज़्य प्रशासनिक अधिकरण राज़्य की सेवाओं से संबंधित विवादों के निर्णयन के लिए हैं और वे किसी ऐसे मामले को विचारार्थ स्वीकार नहीं कर सकते जो केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण की अधिकारिता में आता है .

The State Administrative Tribunals have been vested with all the jurisdiction , on and from the appointed day , with the powers and authority exercisable immediately before that day by all courts -LRB- except the Supreme Court -RRB- in relation to : राज़्य प्रशासनिक अधिकरणों को नियत दिन से शक्तियों तथा प्राधिकार सहित वह समस्त अधिकारिता प्रदान की गई है जो निम्नलिखित मामलों में , ठीक इससे पहले , सभी न्यायालय ( उच्चतम न्यायालय को छोड़कर ) प्रयोग में लाते थे :

The Administrative Tribunals Act 1985 takes away the jurisdiction of a civil court to entertain a suit and of the High Court to entertain a petition under Article 226 -LRB- or Article 227 -RRB- as regards matters which now come within the jurisdiction of the said tribunal . जो मामले अब उक़्त अधिकरण की अधिकारिता में हैं , उनके विषय में प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम 1985 ने सिविल न्यायालयों की वाद ग्रहण करने की और अनुच्छेद 226 ( या अनुच्छेद 227 ) के अधीन याचिका ग्रहण करने की उच्च न्यायालय की अधिकारिता समाप्त कर दी है .

This takes the adjudication of disputes relating to the recruitment and conditions of service of persons appointed to public services or posts of the union and of the states out of the hands of the Civil Courts and High Courts and puts them into those of the Administrative Tribunals for the Union or for the state . इसने लोक सेवाओं या संघ और राज़्य के पदों पर नियुक़्त व्यक्तियों की भर्ती और सेवाशर्तों से संबंधित विवादों के न्यायनिर्णयन को सिविल न्यायालयों और उच्च न्यायालयों के पास से निकालकर संघ के या राज़्यों के प्रशासनिक अधिकरणों के हाथ में दे दिया है .

CAT provides for the adjudication or trial by Administrative Tribunals of disputes and complaints with respect to recruitment and conditions of service of persons appointed to public services and posts in connection with the affairs of the Union or employees of the Union in any state or of any local or other authority within the territory of India which is under the control of the Government of India or of any corporation or society owned or controlled by the Government and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto . इस अधिनियम में यह उपबंध है कि प्रशासनिक अधिकरण संघ के मामलों से संबंधित लोक सेवाओं और पदों पर नियुक़्त व्यक्तियों को या किसी राज़्य या भारत के राज़्य क्षेत्र के भीतर Zस्थित किसी स्थानीय या अन्य ऐसे प्राधिकरण में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों की जो भारत सरकार के नियंत्रण में हैं या किसी ऐसे निकाय या समिति के नियंत्रण में है जिस पर सरकार का स्वामित्व और नियंत्रण है , भर्ती और सेवाशर्तों और उससे संबद्ध या उसके अनुषंगी विषयों में संबंधित विवादों और परिवादों का न्यायनिर्णयन या विचारण करेंगे .
